Refund policy

Please note:
You must have an account on our site, and you must request return authorization in order to make a return! If you have not created an account, please go to shopharem.com/account/register.

RETURN POLICY

We accept merchandise for return within 7 days for a direct refund. Items returned within 14 days are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days. No exceptions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, plus a $5 restocking fee per item. The original sales receipt (packing slip) must be included with the return, and you must use an authorized return label.

Please note return requests submitted after 4 PM on Friday will be reviewed the following business day. Holidays may affect the review timeline.

TIMELINE

All returnable items must be postmarked within 7 days of your delivery date (package arrival) in order to receive a refund, and within 14 days in order to receive store credit. Refunds will not be processed if the return postmarked more than 14 days after your delivery date.

MERCHANDISE ELIGIBILITY

To process a return, merchandise must be unworn, in its original (new) condition, with all tags attached. No returns on accessories, sale items, final sale merchandise, intimate apparel, bath and body products, or special-order items. Altered merchandise may not be returned. No exceptions.

Items damaged during shipping to you will be replaced with the same item, or store credit if the item is no longer available.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

• Request a return by emailing us at info@shopharem.com with your order number and a list of items you would like to return.
• We will then email a pre-paid return shipping label. Please DO NOT ship your item to us without a return label!
• Place merchandise in the original package along with the receipt (packing slip).
• Make sure package is closed securely.
• Remove or fully cover the original shipping label; place new return shipping label on the package.
• Drop off the package at the nearest UPS/USPS location (see return label for details).

REFUNDS

Once we have received your returnable item(s), we will issue a refund (if the item is returned within 7 days) or store credit in the form of a digital gift code (if the item is received within 14 days).

Please note if a returned item(s) arrives after 4 PM on Friday, the refund will be processed on the next business day. Holidays may affect processing times.

Refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s), less a $5 restocking fee per item, and the cost of return shipping.
